ADHD Treatment in Portland
ADHD care for children, teens and adults.
ADHD treatment at Origins Integrative Health helps Portland children, teens and adults who struggle with focus, restlessness or follow-through. Care starts with a full assessment and a clear explanation, and when it fits, medication management over time. Visits are with Hilary Duvauchelle, PMHNP, in person in SE Portland or by telehealth.
If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 any time. Origins is not a crisis service.
What ADHD care at Origins includes
ADHD care here is built around you or your child, not a one-size plan:
- Assessment and diagnosis. A thorough conversation about attention, energy, school or work, sleep and health history, so you understand what’s going on.
- Medication management. When medication is the right fit, Hilary prescribes it and adjusts it over time.
- Whole-person support. Hilary uses a functional medicine lens, which means looking at sleep, nutrition and stress alongside the symptoms themselves.
The National Institute of Mental Health notes that ADHD treatment often combines medication, therapy, and education or skills training. At Origins, you can add counseling under the same roof.
Care for every age
Hilary sees children, teens and adults. Families often appreciate having one provider who understands both the clinical side and the everyday realities of school, work and home.
Many adults come to us after years of wondering why focus feels harder for them than for others. It’s never too late to get answers.
In person and telehealth
Your first medication management visit with Hilary is in person at our SE Portland clinic. After that, many follow-up visits can happen by telehealth. Hilary is licensed in Oregon, so you need to be in Oregon at the time of any virtual visit.
