Approach

Providing this kind of holistic care requires a balance of problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. This confluence is where she thrives. She deeply believes her job is to give patients unbiased, objective information so they can make the best decision for their own body. She values the healing power of physical touch and appreciates the importance of incorporating bodywork into patient care. She also loves to analyze lab work and use lifestyle changes, nutrition, and targeted medications and supplements when appropriate.

Dr. Clevenger is an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner who often works with same-sex couples and individuals trying to conceive via IUI or IVF, and welcomes patients to share as much or as little as they want in order to feel comfortable.

Training & Background

Dr. Clevenger completed her B.S. in Public Health at New York University and worked as a clinical researcher at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Her own journey with chronic illness drew her to naturopathic medicine, and she went on to earn her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon and completed a post-graduate fellowship, deepening her clinical expertise in fertility care.

She has additional training in craniosacral therapy, maya abdominal therapy, neural therapy, and PRP.

Dr. Clevenger is licensed in Oregon.

Regenerative & Body Work

Dr. Clevenger offers a curated menu of regenerative and bodywork therapies — grounded in clinical science and designed to support healing at the cellular and systemic level.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy

Dr. Clevenger offers low-volume, high-concentration intrauterine PRP infusions — an anti-inflammatory and regenerative technique that harnesses the body’s own healing factors to optimize uterine health. Intrauterine PRP is used for:

  • Post-surgical recovery — supporting uterine healing following reproductive procedures

  • Uterine conditions — supporting healing in Asherman’s syndrome, thin uterine lining, endometritis, and adenomyosis

  • Recurrent implantation failure — supporting receptivity for patients undergoing fertility treatment

Maya Abdominal Therapy

A non-invasive, hands-on bodywork modality that supports reproductive and digestive health by gently realigning abdominal and pelvic organs, improving circulation and lymphatic flow, and easing physical and energetic restrictions that can affect cycle regularity, fertility, and digestion. This gentle massage is also helpful in pregnancy after 12 weeks gestation.

Craniosacral Therapy

A light-touch therapy that releases tension within the central nervous system and surrounding fascia, supporting the body’s innate ability to self-regulate. Often used to address chronic stress patterns, headaches, pelvic tension, and post-surgical recovery.

Neural Therapy Precise injections of procaine

a short-acting local anesthetic — used to reset disrupted signals in the autonomic nervous system, address scar tissue restrictions like C-section scars, and support resolution of chronic inflammation and pain.

A Note From Dr. Laura

I came to naturopathic medicine through my own experience with chronic illness, and that journey gave me a deep appreciation for how disorienting it can feel when your body isn’t cooperating and answers are hard to find. I want to be the kind of doctor I wished I’d had: someone who listens carefully, explains things clearly, and works with you as a real partner in your health.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, recovering from a reproductive procedure, or simply trying to feel at home in your body again, my goal is to support you in making meaningful, sustainable changes that lead to lasting wellness. Together, we’ll create a personalized path forward that feels clear, achievable, and truly aligned with you.

I look forward to working together!
